Pālāʻau State Park is on Molokaʻi Island, in the U.S. state of Hawaii. It provides scenic overview of historic Kalalupapa to which persons with Hansen’s Disease (leprosy) were once banished. Short trail leads to a phallic stone thought to enhance fertility.
